Pretty pale salmon in colour, this Rosé has fresh strawberries and raspberries on the nose. The palate has bright berry flavours with a soft creamy texture leading to a gentle dry finish. Made from 100% Shiraz from the Con Mara Vineyard in the Ovens Valley, Victoria. Given 6 hours of skin contact prior to pressing. Cold settled overnight and cool-fermented in stainless steel. Left on lees for 2 months post-fermentation, prior to clarification, filtration and bottling. Limited Edition with only 120 dozen produced.
