Description
Our first ever sparkling wine is named after our bubbly Nan, Joan. This wine ireceived 4 Stars from Winestate in the latest Sparkling Wine Edition.
This fruit for this wine was been hand-picked from the Greenacres Vineyard, pressed and fermented back at the winery in Ovens before being tiraged by hand and placed into three bins for 18 months ageing on lees. Following this it was disgorged by hand then sent back up to the Hunter for labelling.
The illustrations and label design are thanks to the incredibly talented Adriana Picker and were inspired by the flowers grown by Nan in her cute garden at home in the Hunter Valley.
We are incredibly thankful for effort that has gone into growing the quality fruit by Bri and Linda, the expert winemaking by Jo and the team, the illustrations and label design by Adriana, and Mum and Dad for the help labelling the wines and getting them ready for release
